First Snow

The panhandle had the first snow of the season yesterday. They got over three inches! I’m missing our sweet home in the canyon and hoping someone is feeding all our wildlife. In Houston, it is cooler this morning and windy. I’ll take what I can get.
What’s the weather like in your neck of the woods?

Beautiful. We got a light dusting, but I hear more is coming our way.

We had a deep frost, but I keep waiting for our first snow too. When I saw those pics I got a little jealous!

I'm not in a hurry at all for snow to come. That's because Michigan winters are sooooooooooooo long.

Nevertheless, I think your pictures are breathtaking. Hope this is a great fall/winter for you in your new place.

No snow yet here in Alberta. (Other side from the mountains). Just a lot of wind.

The pictures are actually from last winter. I'm sad I'm not there for the first snow:( I'm pretty sure snow in Houston is going to be few and far between. But I'm looking forward to visiting the snow sometime this winter!
Nancy, I can imagine how long the winters are there. I think after the drought and triple digit summer Texas has had we are just ready for some relief!

Beautiful pictures! No snow here. But then I'm in Cali. Warm and in the 70's. I have to get in the car and travel to see beautiful scenes like the ones you've pictured.
